In early December 2017 Luther Academy and Concordia Theological Seminary (CTS) launched a joint, intensive course titled "Communicating the Gospel in an Animistic Culture" which was taught by Rev. Dr. Robert BENNETT, Executive Director of Luther Academy, and which was designed for Lutheran ministers, seminary students and lay leaders. A ten-hour course took place from 4 to 6 December 2017 in the evening. At its peak, the course was attended by twelve participants including LCHKS and LCMS OIM pastors, LCHKS lay leaders and members, CTS students and professors accompanied by their families.
