CTS Professor Rev. Dr. Richard CARTER and his wife, Miriam, chose for a weekend (7-11 December 2017) to explore ministry and community life in another part of Asia, in Hanoi, Vietnam.
On 8 December they visited Play Café, a community service organisation including a room for classes and rooms for parents and children to use together for playing games or other learning activities. On Saturday they visited in the morning Concordia International School Hanoi (CISH) which is one of the Concordia international schools in Asia. Sunday afternoon they visited The Temple of Literature [河内文庙], the grounds of the (now National University) professional development school established in 1076 by the emperor to teach Confucian principles for government leaders.
