From 8th to 12th August 2016 Rev. Dr. Steve OLIVER, who is serving with LCMS Office of International Mission as a professor at China Lutheran Seminary (Taiwan) and who is also counted among CTS Visiting Faculty, was teaching an intensive course in Galatians in Phnom Penh. Thus, CTS and LCMS continue to edify ministers and students from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Cambodia (ELCC).
