After more than twelve months of preparation, on 10 November Dr. Richard Carter, DCE, opened the course TE-20, Christian Views on Life, World, and Universe, in classroom 405 of Concordia Theological Seminary. Participants of any religious background through this Teacher Training Institute course have the opportunity to examine the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism; briefly even looking at these works in their original languages. In four weeks of work in the classroom participants can consider the importance of daily life in Hong Kong, while looking also at the “big picture” of God’s work in the universe.
