CTS Mission Statement
協同神學院使命宣言
Our mission is to prepare students for various forms of public ministry and to equip Christian teachers and lay leaders by nurturing all of them with the message of the Holy Scripture which we embrace as the sole, supreme, unique and true source of the saving knowledge of God and by edifying all of them in the light of the Lutheran tradition embodied in the Book of Concord, which we recognise as an apt exposition of the main biblical doctrines.
我們的使命是培訓學生進行各式各樣的對外事工，並裝備基督教教師及平信徒領袖，乃藉著聖經的信息，就是我們所擁抱為上帝救人知識的惟一、至高、獨一無二和真實的源頭，來培育他們，並藉著按照《協同書》，就是我們認可為主要聖經教義的恰當說明，當中所體現的路德傳統，來啟迪他們各人。

協同神學院異象宣言
Our vision is to carry out the great commission by empowering and strengthening church workers and church members in the Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod (LCHKS) and beyond, and by being engaged in Lutheran theological education in Asia with the intention of expanding God's Kingdom and contributing to the society.
我們的異象是透過授權並鞏固香港路德會內外的教會工作者及教友，以及致力推動旨在拓展上帝國及貢獻社會的亞洲路德宗神學教育，來實踐大使命。
